Mr. Willeke Liselottei was the Assistant Secretary General of Operations at EAD. His career comprises of over 20 years’ experience in the finance sector, in Academics and the Real Estate sector.

He holds a PhD in Sustainable Economic Development Strategies from Coventry University, UK. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Management) from Woodbury University, USA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, USA..
